Ministerial Decree No. 155 validating the Regulation on state registers of intellectual property.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of institution and keeping state (public) registers of intellectual property, including information related to patents, trademarks, service marks and places of origin of commodities. It also establishes the modalities of certification of intellectual property and issuance of certificates and the modalities of filling in and submittal of applications for registration of intellectual property rights.
