Ministerial Decree No. 173 validating Technical Regulation “On safety of veterinary equipment in vitro”.

This Ministerial Decree validates Technical Regulation “On safety of veterinary equipment in vitro”, establishing basic requirements for processes of manufacturing, transportation, storage, recycling and destruction of veterinary equipment, classification thereof and compliance assessment. It shall not be applicable to veterinary drugs. In vitro biotechnology shall be used for experiments outside living organisms. In vitro biotechnology shall be subject to compulsory state registration. The scope of this Ministerial Decree shall be to ensure safe and efficient use of the aforesaid technology.
