Ministerial Decree No. 224 validating the Regulation for calculation of charges for compensation of damages caused to wild fauna and wild flora by natural and legal persons.

This Ministerial Decree validates rates of payment for damages caused to rare, protected and endangered animal (including fish) and plants species, including illegal logging and collection of wind fallen trees (unauthorized impropriation, theft), illegal apiculture, haymaking and grazing on land of state forest fund. The aforesaid fines (rates of payment) shall be applicable either to legal or to natural persons.
