Ministerial Decree No. 288 validating the Regulation on issuance of special permit for removal of plant species from their natural habitats for scientific research purpose.

This Ministerial Decree regulates special nature management in the form of collection of plant species on the territory of state forest fund for scientific research purposes. The aforesaid collection of plant species shall be carried out in accordance with special authorization issued for fee. This Ministerial Decree shall be applicable to wild flora species. Issuance of special permit to natural and legal persons, including foreign legal persons, shall be done within 5 days from the date of submittal of the application that must contain the following information: (a) full name and legal address for legal persons, and personal identification data for natural persons; (b) projected amount of collection distributed by species; (c) area of collection; and (d) collection methods (mowing, harvesting etc.).
