Ministerial Decree No. 301 validating the Regulation on examination of applications and issuance of authorization for industrial safety”.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of examination of applications and issuance of authorization for industrial safety and, in particular, in relation to exploration and mining. Terms and conditions for issuance of authorization for exploration and mining activities shall be as follows: (a) observance of and compliance with industrial safety requirements; (b) availability of positive conclusions of industrial safety expertise; (c) availability of exploration and mining licences and decision of local government for allotment of plot of land for hazardous industrial activity; and (d) timely information of the authorized state executive body of the beginning and termination of exploration and mining activities.
