Ministerial Decree No. 339 regarding organization of agrotechnical services.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of agrotechnical services by legal and natural persons or by local self-government, agricultural cooperatives, peasant farms, agricultural enterprises and other business entities. Agrotechnical service shall be instituted as public-private partnership. State support can be granted to agrotechnical services in the following forms: (a) transfer of agricultural machinery and equipment on lease; (b) allocation of loans and credits on preferential terms; (c) preferential lease fees; and (d) other public subsidies and incentives.
