Ministerial Decree No. 357 validating the Regulation on compilation of ecological certificate for economic and other activities.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of compilation of ecological certificate for economic and other activities with a view of assessment of economic and other activities upon environment and supervision over enforcement of and compliance with environmental rules and regulation in the process of conducting the aforesaid activities. Ecological certificate shall be considered normative and technical document containing data related to an enterprise, use of natural, recycled and other resources thereby. Ecological certificate shall be used for assessment of the degree of impact of production cycle of an enterprise upon environment. Data inserted in ecological certificate shall be subject to constant and timely updating.
