Ministerial Decree No. 389 validating the Regulation on registration of waste and classification of hazardous waste.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that state register of waste shall contain systematic data related to origin of waste, physical and chemical characteristics of different types of waste and shall be kept for the purpose of systematization of waste formation and waste management. It shall be applicable to non-domestic waste produced by economic entities, including hazardous waste, except for radioactive waste. All the types of non-domestic waste produced and recycled shall be subject to mandatory state registration. State register of waste shall contain the map and location of all waste disposal sites. State register of waste shall be kept and updated by the authorized national state institution in the sphere of environmental protection.
