Ministerial Decree No. 400 validating the Regulation on the National fund for protection and development of nature and forestry.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that National fund for protection and development of nature and forestry shall be posted under the jurisdiction of the State Environmental Protection and Forestry Agency. National Fund shall be composed of local funds for environmental protection and development of forestry. National Fund shall carry out the following functions: (a) financing of environmental protection arrangements; (b) monitoring of the utilization of finances; (c) elaboration and publication of information and analytical materials; and (d) interaction with other units and departments under the jurisdiction of the Agency.
