Ministerial Decree No. 414 validating Technical Regulation “On safety of timber”.

The scope of this Ministerial Decree shall be to ensure protection of human life and health, protection of environment, animals and plants and prevention of fraud and deceit of consumers of processed timber products. It shall be applicable to timber processing, storage, transportation, trade and recycling. Timber products must comply with safety requirements and maximum contents of radionuclides in timber originated from forest areas subject to radioactive pollution must not exceed indices set forth in the Table 2 of this Technical Regulation.
