Abstract
This Ministerial Decree establishes that State Environmental Protection Agency shall be entitled to a Special environmental fund to be used for improvement of the functioning of the Agency, environmental protection arrangements and economic activities of the Agency. Finances of Special environmental fund shall be formed by allowances accredited by subordinated units under the jurisdiction of State Environmental Protection Agency, voluntary contributions of natural and legal persons, humanitarian aid, sponsorship and grants.
