Ministerial Decree No. 450 validating the Regulation on issuance of felling permit for particularly precious (nut and juniper stand) of forest species.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of issuance of felling permit for particularly precious (nut and juniper stand) of forest species. This Regulation shall be applicable in the process of construction work, demolition work and blasting operations, cable routing, pipe laying, road making, geological exploration and mining operations in view of impossibility of conservation of particularly precious (nut and juniper stand) of forest species with the subsequent compensation of damages, including loss of expected profit. Felling authorization shall be issued by the authorized state environmental institution. Application must contain the following information and data: (a) full name of the applicant (natural and legal persons); (b) amount of timber extraction; (c) felling area; (d) copy of state registration (for legal persons) and residential registration (for natural persons); and (e) copy of one-stop-shop-registration.
