Ministerial Decree No. 463 validating the Regulation on hunting and forestry department attached to State Environmental Protection and Forestry Agency.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that Regulation on hunting and forestry department attached to State Environmental Protection and Forestry Agency shall be governmental body authorized to carry out the following functions: (a) assessment and inventory of forest and hunting resources; (b) inventory and registration of forest ecosystems and planning of the arrangements for sustainable development thereof; (c) provision of project documentation for rational management of forest ecosystems, forest fund, reforestation and protection of forests.
