Ministerial Decree No. 464 validating the Regulation on Issyk-Kul pedigree horse-breeding farm.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the Statute of Issyk-Kul pedigree horse-breeding farm constituted by the Government. The scope of horse-breeding farm shall be as follows: (a) promotion of pedigree horse-breeding; (b) tourism and recreational activity related to horse riding; and (c) selection activity related to breeding of pedigree horses.
