Ministerial Decree No. 509 validating the Regulation on state support of arrangements for the regulation of number of wolves and jackals.

The Government states that the number of harmful animals and, in particular, of wolves and jackals, damaging the national economy, has increased and for combating them the following state-supported arrangements shall be adopted: (a) registration of livestock killed by harmful animals shall be kept and updated; (b) subsidies and incentives shall be set for extermination of wolves and jackals; (c) hunting brigades shall be authorized to use vehicles and illumination devices in the night-time.
