Ministerial Decree No. 59 concerning transfer of rural water supply systems from the balance of social water users’ associations to the balance of local government.

The Government recommends to the rural water users’ associations of potable water having in their balance rural water supply systems to transfer them to the balance of local government. From the moment of transfer of balance rural water supply systems to the bodies of local government they shall transfer them under management of local potable water consumers’ associations.
