Ministerial Decree No. 606 validating the Regulation on payment for management of wild fauna and wild flora.

This Ministerial Decree regulates the modalities of collection and use of payment for management of wild fauna and wild flora species from legal and natural persons that are manager of wild fauna and wild flora by the authorized state institution in the sphere of environmental protection and forestry. The fee shall be paid for the issuance of authorization/permit for management of wild fauna and wild flora species. Management of wild fauna species includes hunting either by Kyrgyz nationals or by foreigners. Permit fees shall be used for financing of registration of wild fauna and wild flora species, scientific research, reproduction of species and regulation of the number of harmful animals.
