Ministerial Decree No. 750 validating the Regulation on the Ministry of Agriculture.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that the Ministry of Agriculture shall be executive state body carrying out the function of elaboration and realization of state policy in the sphere of agriculture, including agrarian reform, stockbreeding, veterinary, fisheries, apiculture, crop production, plant quarantine, soil fertility, agricultural land tenure and monitoring of food market and agricultural commodities market. The Ministry shall carry out the following tasks: (a) sustainable management of agricultural land; (b) management of public agricultural enterprises; (c) assistance to associations of agricultural producers; (b) promotion of agricultural lease; (c) organization and support of agricultural insurance; (d) control over fishery management; and (e) keeping of state register of pesticides and agrochemicals.
