Abstract
This Ministerial Decree obliges State Fund of Economic Development under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Finances to perform debt restructuring of rural producers of agricultural commodities fixing deadline for repayment of loans and credits until 1 January 2025. Repayment shall be performed by equal instalments for the period of 12 years with annual time schedules.
