Ministerial Decree validating the Regulation on compilation, submittal and examination of application for registration of trademark.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that legal person, including foreign legal person, which trademark is protected ion the territory of Kyrgyz Republic without registration, shall be granted the right to register it on condition that is known and used on the territory of Kyrgyz Republic. Application can be submitted by a patent attorney registered by the Intellectual Property Service, or by another representative of the applicant. Application shall contain the following: (a) application indicating the applicant and his location; (b) name of trademark or appellation of commodity; and (c) list of activities for which registration is requested.
