Ministerial Decree validating the Regulation on the norms of natural loss of weight in the process of transportation, storage and trade of foodstuffs in the sphere of trade and public catering.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of calculation and registration of natural losses of weight in the process of transportation, storage and trade of foodstuffs in the sphere of trade and public catering, and also at storage facilities. In particular it is related to meat and meat-base products and losses related to cooling of the aforesaid products before delivery to cold storage installations and industrial refrigerators.
