Ministerial Decree validating Technical Regulation on electro-magnetic compliance of technical equipment.

The purpose of the present Ministerial Decree shall be protection of human life and health, protection of animal life and health, plant protection and environmental protection against the risks of electro-magnetic pollution by technical equipment. This Technical Regulation establishes as follows: (a) objects of technical regulation and methods of identification of technical equipment; (b) sets compulsory requirements for ensuring electro-magnetic compliance of technical equipment; (c) establishes the forms of evaluation of compliance of technical equipment with the established technical standards in relation to electro-magnetic pollution; and (d) establishes liability of natural and legal persons for non-compliance with compulsory technical requirements set for technical equipment.
