Order on approval of status of pedigree farms and farms (No. 26 of 1997).

On the request Oblast and Rayon Agricultural Departments in order to preserve existing genetic fund of agricultural animals "temporary status of the farming (economic) entities dealing with pedigree breeding' is awarded. Breeding activities of the farming (economic) entities shall being carried out with preservation of existing genetic fund of agricultural animals in accordance with Regulations on selection and breeding activities in the Republic and the Law of the Kyrghyz Republic "On livestock breeding in the Kyrghyz Republic. The Livestock Directorate may add to the List of farming (economic) entities dealing with pedigree breeding. The List shall be approved by the Government of the Kyrghyz Republic.
