Abstract
This Order establishes the rules and determines the procedure for keeping the state register of mineral deposits. Keeping state register of minerals and mineral deposits is an integral part of the system for recording the state fund of mineral resources. The state register is a systematized, periodically updated and corrected collection of information drawn up in the form of registration cards related to minerals and mineral deposits, record sheets and record registration forms, characterizing the quantity and quality of the main minerals and other components, mining, hydrogeological, ecological and other conditions of the development of the mineral deposit, its geological and economic assessment, as well as data related to the identified mineral deposits. The following information and data shall be subject to recording in the state register of minerals and mineral deposits: (a) deposits with mineral reserves accounted for by the state balance sheets; deposits, mineral reserves of which are removed from the register of the state balance sheet of mineral reserves; (b) geologically and spatially separated areas of large deposits; manifestations of solid minerals for which the presence of at least one deposit of minerals is established; (c) deposits of all types of groundwater, as well as fields of therapeutic mud, thermal and medicinal water identified in the form of multi-form springs; (c) prospective areas of mineral reserves for which are estimated by category C2; (d) oil and gas deposits; (e) areolas of spreading of geochemical elements, geophysical anomalies, geophysical structures, and groundwater deposits.
