Order No. 154-ni of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the Regulation on the procedure for conducting inventory of land fund of the Kyrgyz Republic.

This Regulation has been developed to ensure reliability of land cadastral data, identification and display of land use planning and cartographic materials of changes in the composition of land, categories of land, regardless of forms of ownership. The whole land area located within the national boundaries shall be subject to inventory. The purpose of the land fund inventory is to clarify data on the availability of land, including information on location and areas, boundaries and quantity of land, land categories. The inventory of the land fund shall be considered completed after validation of land inventory materials: (a) for districts - by resolution of the district state administration; and (b) for cities - by decision of the city mayor's office. Annex 1 contains the form on conducting inventory of the land fund. Annex 2 contains reporting form on land fund inventory. Annex 3 contains the form of the protocol.
