Order No. 2 of the Ministry of Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on issuance and use of fishing permits for scientific research, acclimatization, stock enhancement, repopulation, fish farming and control.

This Order establishes that fishing permits for scientific research, acclimatization, stock enhancement, repopulation, fish farming and control shall be issued to scientific research organizations, fishery entities and ichthyological service at their request and in conformity with their planning projects. Issuance institution shall be the State Water and Fishery Inspection. The amount of catch shall be set for each separate request with the consideration of the amount of fish stocks, methods of scientific research and shall be calculated in pieces of fish species authorized for catch. Copying and duplication of fishing permits shall be prohibited. Annex contain the form of fishing permit.
