Presidential Decree No. 3 regarding the State Forestry Service.

The President, with a view of development and execution of uniform national forestry policy, maintenance of ecological safety and preservation of biodiversity, decrees to form the State Forestry Service and to establish that the State Forestry Service is the state executive agency authorized to conduct uniform policy in the field of forest protection, forestry and hunting economy of the Kyrgyz Republic and is not included in the Government. Chairman of the State Forestry Service is appointed by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic on consultation with the Prime Minister.
