Presidential Decree No. UP 303 validating the National Program for the Preservation and Development of National Traditions for 2022-2027.

National traditions are an integral part of the spiritual culture of the people, which is formed on the basis of original ideas and unshakable folk rules. They are a fundamental factor in the culture of the people, as they originate from ancient times and are passed on from generation to generation. National traditions are the great law of the nomadic warrior, who, despite globalization and digitalization, remained the bearer of dignity and honor, generosity and justice, conscience, kindness and tireless work.
National Program for the Preservation and Development of National Traditions for 2022-2027 contains the following sections: (a) creation of a normative legal basis for the preservation and development of national traditions, which includes development of legislative acts and adoption of road map; (b) scientific research related to building a "traditional society", development and dissemination of teaching aids reflecting the national traditions of ethnic groups living on the territory of Kyrgyzstan, creation of a unified system for studying the traditions of the Kyrgyz people, unification and systematization of traditions, customs and rituals of the people of Kyrgyzstan; and (c) preservation and development of the national material culture of the peoples of Kyrgyzstan, including preservation and development of national cuisine, preservation and development of traditional knowledge of the Kyrgyz people.
