Abstract
The President, considering declaration by WHO as of 11 March 2020 related to spread of new coronavirus infection COVID-19 and 16 confirmed cases of infection of citizens on the territory of Kyrgyz Republic in the period from 18 to 23 March 2020, decrees to introduce on the national territory of state of emergency in the city of Bishkek of the Kyrgyz Republic from 08.00 a.m. 25 March to 24.00 p.m. of 10 May 2020. City Governor shall have the authority to introduce quarantine and other mandatory health services and anti-epidemic measures.
