Abstract
The President, considering declaration by WHO as of 11 March 2020 related to spread of new coronavirus infection COVID-19 and 16 confirmed cases of infection of citizens on the territory of Kyrgyz Republic in the period from 18 to 23 March 2020, decrees to introduce on the national territory of state of emergency in the city of Jalal-Abad and the Suzak district of Jalal-Abad province from 08.00 a.m. 25 March to 24.00 p.m. of 10 May 2020 in the city of Jalal-Abad and from 08.00 a.m. 25 March to 08,00 a.m. of 30 April 2020 in the Suzak district of Jalal-Abad province. City and Province Governor shall have the authority to introduce quarantine and other mandatory health services and anti-epidemic measures.
