Regulation on the state inventory of water resources.

This Regulation establishes the modalities for keeping the state inventory of water resources and defining the functions, rights and duties of state bodies, water users and other parties concerned with keeping and using the data therein. The State inventory of water resources shall consist of a constantly updated data bank on the management, uses and quality of waterbodies and other water resources, and shall be used to plan hydroeconomic measures and the rational use and protection of water resources, as well as to control the observance water management rules and regulations.
