Regulation on State register of waterworks.

This Regulation establishes the modalities for keeping the State register of waterworks and defines the functions, rights and duties of state bodies and other state institutions concerned with keeping and using data therein. The State register of waterworks shall contain data on surface water and groundwater reservoir waterworks, and shall be used to: (a) plan water use and protection measures; (b) calculate the water balance; (c) elaborate and implement measures to improve the functioning of waterworks; and (c) collect data on water uses and the operation of waterworks.
