Regulation on taste panel for degustation of liquors.

This Regulation establishes that all imported and nationally manufactured ethyl alcohol and liquors shall be subject to compulsory degustation by taste panel for organoleptic evaluation with a view of quality control and improvement of quality of produce, packaging, labelling and improvement of technological processes. Degustation of ethyl alcohol and liquors by taste panel shall be carried out quarterly in accordance with schedule. Taste panel shall evaluate samples bottled ethyl alcohol and liquors. The Regulates gives detailed description of degustation process. Taste panel shall be authorized to give expert opinion on quality of imported and nationally manufactured ethyl alcohol and liquors.
