Resolution on Organisation of Auction Sale of some types of agricultural raw materials in the Kyrghyz Republic (No. 236 of 1995).

In order to enhance the interest of agricultural commodity producers in producing certain agricultural raw materials the Government of the Kyrghyz Republic decrees a series of measures aiming at the development of a marketing system for such products: the establishment of auction centres; compulsory sale of wool, cotton, tobacco and grain through specialised auctions excluding commodities for which agreements had been signed (on the basis of international agreements) and future transactions; control of export of such products.
