Resolution On Program for Emergency Financial Support for Agriculture (No. 582 of 1995).

This resolution provides for the creation of State Commission on design and realization of Program for Emergency Financial Support for Agriculture in the composition as specified and for the creation of an Agency of Kyrgyz Republic on implementation of Emergency Program for Financial Support for Agriculture. Several workin groups are established within the framework of Governmental Resolution of Kyrgyz Republic No. 241, 24 July 1996 for coordination of the activity of ministries, administrative bodies and local state enterprises and control of works of projects in the sphere of agriculture and with a view to the design of action plan on program of further development and deepening of land-agrarian reform and concrete working programs on reorganization and strengthening of functional abilities of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
