Anukret (Sub Decree) of 2020 on the Enforcement of the List of Prohibited and Restricted Goods.

This Anukret puts into force the Lists of Prohibited and Restricted Goods, which is in Annexes of the Anukret.
The Anukret contains 5 annexes: Annex 1: list of prohibited goods; Annex 2: list of goods which require permit for import or export; Annex 3: list of goods which require certificate from exporting country; Annex 4: list of goods prohibited or required to get permit for international transit; Annex 5: Explanatory Note of implementation of the lists of prohibited and restricted goods.
A commodity which is subject to prohibition and restriction of importation-exportation and transit shall be determined in this Anukret. The amendment of commodity and/or treatment of prohibited and restricted goods shall be done by the Committee on Economic and Financial Policy.
