Declaration on the protection of natural areas (No. 1033).

This "Prakas" (Declaration) of the Ministry of the Environment prohibits a series of acts in natural protected areas in the sense of Royal Decree of 1 November, 1993 on the Protection of Natural Areas. Prohibited activities include construction of saw mills, hunting, placing of traps, fishing of mammals, amphibians, reptiles and aquatic animals for specified purposes, deforestation for land use, water pollution and other forms of pollution of the environment, etc. Research and experimenting requires approval of the Secretariat of the Environment. The Nature Conservation Department of the Secretariat shall implement this Declaration. (11 articles)
