Abstract
This text consists of 44 articles divided into 6 Chapters: Interpretation (1); Exploitation in inland fishery domain, aquaculture and processing freshwater fishery product (2); Exploitation in marine fishery domain; Aquaculture and processing sea product (3); Competent authorities for solving the fishery law violation (4); Penalty (5); Final order (6).
All kind of fishing in the fishery domain is subject to permission and may be allowed only for small scale - family - fishing and for middle scale fishing. Other provisions concern fishing gear that are prohibited in the inland fishery domain.
