Abstract
This Instruction sets out hygiene requirements for food shops and restaurants in order to ensure food safety and reduce diseases caused by unclean or unhygienic food.
The Ministry of Health will issue a certificate of health to all food shops and restaurants that comply with the hygienic requirements stipulated by this Instruction.
