Instructive Circular No. 345 implementing Sub-Decree No. 96 ANK-BK on Standards and Management of Agricultural Materials.

This Instructive Circular implements provisions of Sub-Decree No. 69 ANK-BK on Standards and Management of Agricultural Materials.
These instructions set out procedures and requirements to register agricultural materials and to obtain business licences from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. Any individual who intends to produce, store, supply, export, import and trade in agricultural materials, which shall include chemicals, hybrid seeds, animal medicines and food, and food nutrients must apply for a business licence.
The instructions further provide for: measures to be followed for the packaging and labelling of agricultural materials, which must meet international standards; disposal and destruction of banned waste, packaging material and agricultural materials; storage and display of agricultural materials; agricultural materials prohibited for sale; responsibilities for controlling and inspecting agricultural materials; etc.
