Law on the Dividing of Property.

This Law provides for the division of movable and immovable property.
All movable and immovable property used and administered by the State of Cambodia until the date of this Law shall become the State property, while all movable and immovable property used and administered by the Cambodian People Party shall become the property of the Cambodian People Party. All property jointly used and administered shall be subject to negotiation between the parties for division.
