Abstract
The Law on the Establishment of the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation creates a new ministry under the Royal Government of Cambodia with authority over industry, science, technology, innovation, handicrafts, and clean water. It provides for a single Minister supported by Secretaries and Under Secretaries of State and stipulates that the Ministry’s structure and operations will be defined by sub-decree.
