Law on Management, Use and Disposal of State Properties 2020.

This Law provides rules for the management, use and handling of all kind of state properties in a way to ensure effectiveness, efficient, transparency, accountability, consistency, lawful, integrity, and sustainability. It harmonizes and consolidates existing law in this field. The Law covers all types of state properties under the sovereignty and/or jurisdiction of Cambodia. It does not apply to natural resources.
The Law provides a new system of classification of state properties. State property may be subject of lease agreements, an infrastructure concession, or a public service concession. The Law also establishes the duration of an Economic Land Concession. It acts lists acts that are considered as an illegal possession of state immovable property.
