Abstract
The Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (OP-CEDAW) is an international treaty which establishes complaint and inquiry mechanisms for the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW). This Law is enacted for the purpose of ratification of the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women.
The Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia shall proceed with the procedures for the implementation of the Optional Protocol to this Convention (art.2 ).
