Abstract
This Notice refers to the determination of the procedure of the animal sanitation and animal origin products control, except that the fisheries products and sub-products, for import, export, crossing, transporting nationwide for the purpose of preventing the animal epidemic disease, animal health care and public health care.
The documents which are needed for a natural and legal entity to export, import, cross or transport nationwide the animals or animal origin products are stipulated in Article 2. For the export to abroad, the documents shall include: The license of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries; The business registration certificate for the legal entity; The animal exploitation or animal origin products permit; Animal purchase collection or animal origin products permit; Animal sanitation and animal origin products certificate; Animal Identity or animal identifying or Identification (document) for identifying the animal origin products.
To secure the animal health and public health, the natural or legal entity who conducts business in collection and purchase of animal or animal origin products, except for wildlife, sample and wildlife products, from any province, city to other province or for export abroad shall apply for business permit and purchase permit at the Department of Production and Animal Husbandry. The permission to collect and purchase the animal or animal origin products of the legal entity shall be approved in advance from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
