Order No. 02 (RGC) on management and control on the use of circular saws for cutting wood.

The purpose of this Order is to control the use of circular saws for cutting wood in order to prevent, suppress and eliminate the illegal act of cutting forests and clearing forest land.
The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries shall grant authorization and evaluation of appropriateness for the import, use, stock, maintenance, wholesale or retail, transportation and trade of circular saws for cutting wood used either for public or private interest. The Ministry must cooperate with provincial-municipal authorities to open a regular campaign in order to seize and gather circular saws which have not obtained authorization.
Ministries and institutions must properly strengthen the law enforcement and relevant standard letters in force, and strictly implement the penal provisions against those who use circular saws without authorization or those who collude to use circular saws in order to gather forest products and clear forests of all kinds.
