Prakas No. 086 (MOE) on creation of an Office of Legal Affairs and Disputes.

This Regulation (Prakas) provides for the creation of an Office of Legal Affairs and Disputes under the supervision of the Department of Natural Protection and Conservation.
The Office shall have the following duties: prepare, develop, review and amend draft laws and juridical standard letters of natural protected zone management; prepare cases and solve offences against natural resources and environment within the natural protected zones according to the legal procedures; educate and instruct officials in charge of managing all natural protected zones about law and procedures to address offences against natural resources and environment in the natural protected zones; etc.
