Prakas No. 100 on the Cambodia Plant Quarantine Pest List.

This Prakas, consisting of 6 articles, provides for the Cambodian quarantine pest list of plant quarantine materials transported or commercialized into the Kingdom of Cambodia through any methods, so as to prevent endemic quarantine pest from one area to another in the Kingdom of Cambodia for the purpose of protecting agricultural production and biodiversity. The Cambodian quarantine pest list is attached to the Annex. The Phytosanitary Authority of the General Directorate of Agriculture shall inspect and prevent all endemic quarantine pests from entering into the Kingdom of Cambodia through any forms as stated in Article 2. The General Directorate of Agriculture shall study and regularly track Cambodian quarantine pest to make request for modification of the pest list stated in Article 2 and add more plant quarantine materials in the list. The Secretary General, Inspector General, Director General of General Directorate of Agriculture, Head of Cabinet and presidents of relevant bodies under the Ministry shall be responsible for the implementation of this Prakas from the date of signature onwards.
