Prakas No. 134 P.N.A.KBB.PRK on the Application for the Certificate of Cambodia Halal Product Technical Standard.

This Prakas is implemented to complete the Application for the usage of the Cambodian Halal Logo and/or Certificate of Cambodia Halal Product Technical Standard in order to promote technical standards, hygiene, safety and trust of Muslims and consumers towards Cambodian Halal Products supplying in Cambodia’s market and promoting exports to international market.
Natural person or legal person that intends to provide services, production and packaging of products marked or labeled “ហាទ្បាល” or “HALAL” or “حالل “ shall apply for the Application for the usage of the Cambodian Halal Logo and/or Certificate of Cambodia Halal Product Technical Standard at the Consumer Protection Competition and Fraud Repression Directorate-General (CCF) of the Ministry of Commerce as the Secretariat of the Cambodia Halal Steering Committee (CHSC).
In case the Cambodia Halal Technical Working Group (CHTWG) assesses that it meets all requirements in compliance with the halal technical standards and should be allowed to provide Halal logo and /or the Certificate of Cambodia halal Product Technical Standard to the applicant, the Cambodia Halal Steering Committee will grant the right to use the logo and /or the certificate of Cambodia Halal Product Technical Standard within 5 (five) working days.
