Prakas No.109 of 2008 On Management of Unclaimed Goods

The Prakas no.109 of 2008 provides for the storage and sale of unclaimed goods: goods stored in temporary storage facilities that have exceeded the timeframe provided by the law; goods that have not been declared to the customs within the timeframe established by the law; goods sent by mail which have been refused by the receiver and the goods that cannot be returned to the sender; and goods that are at the customs clearance areas and that the owner abandons in writing.
